Bike Parking Lot, With Attendant, Is Planned for Midtown - New York Times via kwout

Maybe it’s because I don’t live in NY but I’m not really sure that I’d want to pay for a regular bike parking space. I haven’t had any trouble just locking my bike to lamp posts etc.
