3 foot law
Bultman took down the license number for what would become the first reported prosecution of Utah’s 2005 law requiring motorists, in most situations, to give cyclists a 3-foot buffer
The three foot law is a great idea a 5 foot law would be even better. Even if the people say the law is unenforceable, it does give drivers a guideline to use when they pass a cyclist. I think every state should have a law like this.
