Shocks
A shock could be defined as a mechanical device that is designed to absorb the shock pulse, the kinetic energy dissipation. Pneumatic and hydraulic shock absorbers is a cylinder with a piston sliding inside. The cylinder is filled with hydraulic fluid or air. This combination of fluid-filled piston and the cylinder is known as a buffer. The buffers serve a number of critical applications and are an important suspension components for automobiles and motorcycles, trains landing aircraft, and acts as support for different types of industrial machinery. They help cushion the rough terrain vehicles.
Listed Listed below are the various types of shocks:
- The air cushion uses compressed air to smooth movement excessive suspension. This type of damper support heavy vehicles to have better control on the road.
- The Spring is combined with the shock to create a coil on the shock. This type of damper is suitable for different types of roads and provides a good vehicle control in cornering and braking. Spring ability to compress and stretch allows a smoother, comfortable ride.
- The shock absorber can easily adjusted to cope with road conditions. The liquid in this type of shock could increase or decrease with the help of a valve. The adjustment provided absorption of vehicle shock absorber gives good balance.
- The twin-tube damper uses shock oil. It consists of an outer chamber filled with air, which is compressed as the oil is forced through the camera. When the piston is removed, the oil meets resistance as it flows through the piston, as a result buffer that is generated.
- The tube Monkey cushion is equipped with a piston larger than most shocks absorbers. He has the ability to automatically adapt to different types of road conditions and could be installed at various angles. The mono tube damper is made of aluminum and therefore is lighter than other types of shocks and also allows for a faster reduction of heat.
