2012 THE END OF THE FORCE multipliers electronic warfare? Ante JE
In December 2012, and possibly many months before they could reach the Earth to be bombarded by massive solar flares that will eliminate most all electronics and blind satellite of the Earth for many years to come even more satellites can be built. But the greatest threat comes from the CME or coronal mass ejections from the sun. Solar flares are much less likely to hit the Earth and its energy is much smaller than a coronal mass ejection. coronal mass ejections are much more massive and much higher transport energy.
In the late 1800s when sun was very active in his days the telegraph has reported to work by themselves without their electric batteries. The crude telegraph cables were of high caliber. Our electronic products today are extremely fragile and the earth, including electronics based on the damage might be largely of a mega solar flare hitting the Earth or, especially, a CME or coronal mass ejection.
Humanity is the greatest threat in December 2012. Before this time much of the satellites on Earth and probably be damaged irreparably useless junk in space. But in December the planets are aligned with the Earth and this is when the sun could send a large coronal mass ejection directly aimed at the Earth. The shading effect of the planets will be in line with the Earth and shading a funnel effect any CME directly to Earth.
In December and before most of the land-based electronics could be severely damaged or destroyed by CMEs. If electronics are not turned off and locked in metal or aluminum foil to divert heavy ion radiation, then these devices electronic solid state can be overloaded and destroyed. Additional shielding tube may be necessary to avoid damage to critical electronics. Little known for research on CME damage so this is very speculative, but is a logical conclusion of CMEs and high-energy particles reaching Earth peaks during solar maximum.
This damage can mass e-CME will put a serious risk to all modern armies that depend on electronics as its main force multiplier. If all the missiles, planes, tanks, trucks, personnel carriers, ships, submarines, and virtually all other major military platform and communications are severely damaged or destroyed by modern armies could be severely compromised for many years to come. The armies have to learn very quickly how to fully protect their most sensitive equipment, at least temporarily during the peak activity of CME solar maximum 24th beginning possibly as early as 2010, but more probably in early 2011.

Many of the old tube type radios and television can not be damaged because they are delicate solid-state electronics. But the army is not in any way to attack anybody, because the armies depend on oil for go ahead and attack from the air. So also do the war will be reduced somewhat.

Only nuclear weapons used freely in all the surrounding Arab territories and cities hundreds of miles away can save Israel of massive conventional attacks of the Arabs. Since the Arabs have largely conventional armies and weapons that you can simply enter combat zones to Israel to meet the enemy. And without the electronic multiplier Israeli weapons greatly outnumbered. But they have the advantage that the defender and will be fighting for their life as it is surrounded. Of the two adversaries would have to go to Israel as the likely winner in this war possible in the future. But it would be only for the use of all its nuclear weapons a kind of scorched-earth policy to all nearest surrounding Arab lands and the cities of Israel. Hopefully they have enough nuclear weapons. But not if only will sea to escape a world that is unprepared to receive them and not much better than them.
I doubt that the major wars after 2012 will be motivated by ethnic or religious intolerance and hatred. Major wars are about oil, water, minerals and agricultural land for the needs basic survival. The world will have to return to a vegetarian lifestyle for many decades, because the grains will be needed to feed people instead animals. The animal breeding livestock can be opened and sheep range that can make use of marginal grazing land.
The West has been based in electronic warfare as their main force multiplier, but there are thousands of potential recruits to populations large enough to draw from to increase conventional armies. But large armies can be a thing of the past after December 2012 or earlier. America is a bit isolated from any potential enemy. Only Mexico, anarchy and poverty could be a major concern after 2012.
Most ethical and religious differences and wars over resources that occur in Asia and Africa. Australia would be a safe haven because of its distance from any potential enemy or attack, but that could be flooded with refugees sea trying to navigate to your country for a safe haven. The lack of oil and energy to move armies was the greater protection of Australia. Lack of resources groundwater might be Australia's biggest weakness at this time to predict severe droughts.
It seems prudent to research widely and in 2009 the damage that could be caused by massive CME event of 2012 and prepare appropriate countermeasures to protect electronic assets. But few people take seriously these facts to your account great future risk. I hope I'm wrong and do not occur or will not be as severe as expected. I really do not have as much energy and materials to enclose the electronic metals or isolating at times of maximum solar CMEs.
2012 is mentioned in more than a dozen great traditions as an end of an era. And this is the end of a cycle of 25,800 years that cross the galactic Ecuador 1980-2016. This is a time of increased light energy from the galactic center of our galaxy serving as a laser light energy is concentrated and warming our planet and the sun a little. And this increased heat will continue to build an oven and stay with us for many years. Seaports must be moved inland to protect against hurricanes and massive populations will change dramatically.
I see electronic warfare ends forever on this planet in one way or another from 2012 human resources as important changes to simply survive the next year with enough food, energy and water. little energy and resources will be available to the war. And all mankind will be given a second chance to do well and live in harmony with nature instead of conquering nature. Pollution has been almost dark when the lights go out. And these CME mass I call the "Hand of God" will give humanity a second chance and more time to correct the prudent course of many technologies which harms Earth. - Ante JE
