Anxiety Attacks - What you need to know about how to control anxiety attacks
Are you the person who has repeatedly experienced a high level Anxiety, stress and turmoil? Physical damage only you, can be devastating. Are you worried about your job and can be fired? As emphasized high and agitated about a possible job loss? Are you worried then be able to bills your mortgage, even possibility of losing your home? Are you concerned that the package (s) found in your body may be cancerous (and evil)?
Any of these issues, of course, make it not only anxious, scared, but to the extent that you care about their own survival. And it is the natural human reaction to this situation, many of us dwell on negative possibilities, instead of dealing with everything positive that could be the actual final result. Examples: Missing the current work could eventually result in landing a lucrative, rewarding position with another company. That tumor found in his body might actually be benign. Or, because the tumor is detected early, withdrew before it could spread to other areas of your body.
If you are diagnosed by a medical professional who suffered of an anxiety disorder please understand one very important ideal. Any prescription drugs as anti-anxiety pills would only be a solution short term. Your doctor should know that any medicine can only address, temporarily, their attacks symptoms: Shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, sweaty palms, and medication, etc just can not get to the root cause of why you are having these attacks.
Instead, the physician should work with you to incorporate behavior modification techniques in their daily lives. Techniques involving relaxation exercises (deep breathing and slow) meditation, including physical exercise (which actually reduces the stress level in your body) will help take your mind off the worries and fears are at your expense.
Control anxiety attacks only can be achieved if it is able to address the triggers or causes. If you are able to understand what is causing the high level of anxiety and stress in your mind and body, only then can employ methods to regain control of their lives.
