10 must have items this spring backpackers
Backpacking is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, staying active and spending time with her loved ones. But they were not all raised in the Boy Scouts, and still fewer of us are Eagle Scouts born and bread for the outdoors. For the first time, novice backpacker, dreaming your adventure is one thing, actually planning and getting yourself out there is a different game. Without adequate preparation, the glorious adventure could turn into a mess difficult, exhausting, sad. However, with a little planning and foresight, which will be guided up and ready for a unique experience that is truly unlike anything.
In this age of constant work, expanding technology and increasing comfort, most of us are spending less and less time outdoors. But experiencing nature, out of the house and away from the daily stress is an important part of human experience and bring a new level of excitement back into your life. This is what you need to begin the essential top ten by hand before leaving in his backpack adventure travel:
1 - Your bag
The obvious first step, the bag itself will be the bearer and protector of all their survival and enjoyment of trip-essentials. Get one big enough to hold all their belongings for the duration of your trip, strong enough to withstand the test track, and even some cuts of one, like a bag of water for hydration.
2 - Appropriate footwear and socks
Great hiking socks are critical for the backpacking trip. To prevent blisters and other foot problems unpleasant the main things to look for are comfort, moisture control and reducing the discharge. Never underestimate the importance of cool socks! Through socks will want thick leather boots with a thick, high offering unique texture of the ankle and arch support.
3 - Clothing
Always wear a T-shirt. Never know what will happen and who want to stay comfortable in your walk. They also include a thin lightweight fleece, you never know how temperature will change. Finally ponchos but not less plastic for the unexpected rain shower. A poncho has saved more than one trip for me.
4 - Water Bottle
This is very important! Water is undoubtedly the most essential element of your trip, so you will not want to take a bit of plastic in cheap convenience stores. Get high-impact plastic or stainless steel (which can be used to heat water for cooking or tea). Moreover, you can get a bag of water that will sit in your package. Many backpacks come with built in hydration systems today.
5 - Food
Nutrition on the road is of vital importance because it burns more calories per day than we are accustomed. Among the favorites are experienced campers beef jerky (high protein), nuts (vitamins, potassium) granola and energy bars, trail mixes and nuts, bread and fruit.
6 - Housing
A durable tent with the corresponding Rest rooms for one, two or more people is essential to protect against the elements. After working hard all day, making your dinner and retire for the night you'll want to stay warm and dry and protected from insects and animals.
7 - digital camera
Your friends and family will want to hear all about their trip and, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. If you are an amateur photographer or maybe a professional of his paintings will bring back memories to life again and again.
8 - Camera Bag
If you do not protect this digital camera will quickly regret. The dirt, dust, rain and so can ruin electronics. You want a sturdy bag, a camera made of durable nylon the toughest you can find and preferably reinforced plastic panels with high impact. Camera bags are even available as a sling bag backpack to fit more than just the camera.
9 - Knife
A fixed blade knife with a handle assembly, or a knife (why not both?) It quickly become your closest ally on any backpacking trip.
10 - First Aid Kit
Last but not least, always be prepared for the worst, while expecting the best trip imaginable. A first aid kit is often the difference between survival and catastrophe For many hikers, backpackers and adventure. Don not make the mistake of thinking that can get by with anything, when the mountain and away from civilization, even the minimum scratch can quickly become in turn infected and who is harmless and mildly annoying at home in a serious problem. Apart from scratches and cuts, insect bites, bee stings, snake bites, whatever, anything can be potentially unwanted participants in their great adventure. Be prepared!
