Fighting fatigue on the golf success

On a hot summer afternoon storm a bully, or simply a day you're not fully up to par, there are several reasons that a golfer may struggle with the fight against the feeling of fatigue on the golf course. What is important is how these feelings are addressed.
As in life, the best way to combat fatigue is to start the day well with a good night's sleep. good night's sleep is very underrated in the age of multitasking and twenty days hours of work. The night before a great round of golf, I always try to get a good eight to ten hours of sleep behind me, plenty of fluids and a nice healthy dinner in my stomach before bedtime. Also similar to life, no additional emotional or mental stress of a golfer can be durable, golf or golf related, play an important role in fatigue levels.
Another key point in the fight against fatigue on the golf course is keeping hydrated ... with the correct fluids. Beer, coolers, pop, sugar and energy drinks are not the answer. My favorite of all time has to be a BELTCH (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato and cheddar on a Kaiser) with a side potatoes and onions.
Therefore, to eliminate any struggle with the fatigue that can be found on the golf course, enjoy a romantic dinner, hit the sack Earlier, scarf down a big greasy breakfast before going to collect enough fluids to keep you happy for the round. If you think you need to enjoy some shaky COP in the course, just make sure you're drinking it in water and have a designated driver for your way home, as these more persistent organic pollutants definitely enhance the appearance of fatigue during a warm summer day the entire course.
