Bicycle Arm

Bicycle Assembly Instructions
Bicycling is a good way to get fit, save money and keep the planet green. However, due to issues of convenience, people do not ride the bike as often as wanted. It describes how to properly fit a bicycle to anyone. Following the instructions easy to understand pictorial also make the bike at least 10% faster. Part I Adjustment Stem mother angle to ensure that mounts on the sit bone. Passengers overreach to reach the handlebars will lift their chair ilia. Many of these pilots will be an inconvenience misdiagnosis device a saddle problem. Move the stalk near the shoulders will allow the pilot to sit on the sitting bones and resolve most issues of comfort. Follow the remaining steps to optimize comfort. Step 1 Watch the mother and decide on changes to perform. Step 2 Loosen the 5mm Allen screw on the stem to change the angle 0 to 60 degrees. Step 3 Change the mother angle as desired. Lift the higher angle, closer to 60 degrees, if you want to sit upright. Make the angle close to 0 degrees if you want to travel in a tuck position. Step 4 Tighten the Allen screw. Step 4 (Optional) Runners who want to sit completely vertical, emulating a cruiser bike can do on a Downtube folding. First remove the handle from the mother by removing the four 4mm Allen bolts. Then loosen the two allen screws that attach the 5 mm stem to the steerer. Trunk rotation to point to the rider. Then tighten the two screws 5 mm allen set the stem to the address. Step 5 Squeeze the handle to the right, pushing the gear lever in it. This will give the right cables more space to bend naturally. Step 6 Move the brake lever to the shifter cables to give a more natural curve. Step 7 Replace the handlebar with four 4 mm allen screws. Once the mother of the bike should be similar to the picture below. Be careful not to bend the cable to do this. When completed, bike will sit in the comfort of suspended folding bike. Part II saddle angle adjustment Adjust the saddle angle so as to measure the low level compression of the rider's weight. If it is not very comfortable angle should be set down in the chair no more than 5 degrees. Saddles that are angled toward above, almost always uncomfortable. And with a low angle (greater than 10 degrees) the rider will slide down the saddle while pedaling causing upset. Step # 1 Look at the chair and decide on changes to perform. All adjustments should be carried out with seatpost is on the bike. Do not remove the seat tube for adjust .... be, shall terminate uncomfortable. Step 2 View the 6mm bolt in the seat post below Step 3 Loosen the 6mm bolt with an allen wrench. Turn left to loosen. Step 4 Once the allen screw is loosened the seat can slide forward and backward. If you have short arms pushing forward will be more comfortable. If you are tall with long arms, you need to slide to the bottom. Step # 5 Adjust the saddle angle by tilting the seat up or below. Ideally, the chair should be level while driving. Note the rider's weight compresses the back of the chair, hence the front must be tilted down at an angle of 5 degrees (while not supporting a rider). Step 6 Tighten the Allen screw of 6 mm, turning clockwise. Stage III Seat height seat height appropriate to allow the rider to ride faster with less force pedaling. The pilots of the leg can never be completely straight while pedaling, this can cause damage in the cartilage if the leg is fixed in the upright position. Moreover, the legs should not have too much of a curve while driving. A large bend in the knee will have to pedal hard, and will not be good for the large joints (most likely to cause pain in the knee). In TDC, most of the pedal position of the hip, the rider must have a 30 degree knee bend in the bone (not on the surface of the skin). Without a device for measuring the knee should have a slight curve at the point The journey will be incredibly comfortable after seatpost height is properly set. The right knee curve (equivalent to the height of seat) is measured with the pedal at top dead center. The image below is the pedal at top dead center, the position of the hip. The leg can never be completely pilots rectum during cycling, this can cause damage if the leg cartlidge are set in the upright position. The following picture pilots leg straight in a dangerous position with the pedal at top dead center. This rider must get off the chair a bit. A leg should not have too much of a curve while driving. A large bend in the knee are riding hard, and will not be good for the large joints (most likely to cause pain in the knee). The next photo shows a rider with a lot of bend in the knee with the pedal in the top dead center. This corridor should set the highest chair. The pilot must have a double knee to 30 degrees in the bone (not on the surface of the skin). The Travel will be incredibly comfortable once the seat tube height is properly set. The photo below is a perfect knee to the pedal curve at point TDC, therefore, a perfect saddle height. Stage IV-A stern mounted for adjustment of the final phase will put your body in optimum position for the transfer of power to the pedals. When the pedal is in the position of the three pilot must have the background of her / patella tendon directly on the ball of your foot. If they are not suitably adapted to push the chair forward or backward until it is properly aligned. This will establish its power feed, so much energy to travel as possible with minimal effort. This is part of an advanced configuration. Not required for most riders. You need a couple of feet of fishing line and a fishing weight as shown below. While the pedal is in the position of the three pilot must have the fishing line hanging from the bottom of its tendon of the patella (shown below). The weight must communicate with the driver in the top of the foot, just above the ball of your feet to the picture. Slide the chair back if the weight is in front of the ball of the foot riders, or slide back if the weight is behind the ball of the foot riders.
