All live and work on a constellation of relations based on service. You can see this with the clients they serve and the suppliers who serve them. But this is also true with colleagues, employees, managers, family, friends, government agencies and members of the community.

To improve service in all directions of your life, find new ways to connect with their customers through their customers.

Paul explains in South Africa:
