Bicycle Speedometer

Driving is a privilege - not a right
Years later, I would come to recognize the safety of people as a special section reserved for the Eisenhower State Park, a park that often happens in car when going to the mall or to run errands. Safety-city was where my classmates and I started to learn on cars and pedestrians and the rules governing each of them. We learn such things as the importance of wearing a bicycle helmet, riding on the sidewalk in front to ride in the street with traffic flow and what the traffic signs and symbols meant. The whole park was created to resemble a small town (Perfect for kids our age), and has provided us with bicycles, helmets and mini motor vehicles spin in which we could learn all about safety traffic.
Years later, I wonder how many adult drivers learned about the importance of safe driving because it seems as if every time I look around, I see someone else get in a car accident! Most of the time (from what I've been really able to see) these accidents are preventable and all are caused simply because the person driving is not paying attention. The last two accidents I witnessed were due to the fact secondary controllers to be following the vehicles ahead of them very closely. It's almost a shame to say that we as a society, have to be careless with our driving.
Earlier today, I had a dentist appointment, and when I was leaving the parking lot into traffic, I noticed someone had stopped behind me in the parking lot. Instead of leaving a little space between the two of us, front bumper of the car was almost touching my rear bumper, and I could not help but wonder what would happen if my car was a manual shift car and as I prepared to speed, I rolled a small success and them. As soon as I became the traffic in a matter of seconds, someone parked a mile or so behind me and was riding had accelerated my rear bumper for the next two miles. I looked at the speedometer to see if I was doing something wrong that this person was so close to my vehicle. However, when looked at the speedometer, I was really doing and ten miles over the posted speed limit. So instead, I stopped by five miles per hour, and finally the impatient person behind me was shortly after the turn and ended up cutting someone nearly causing an accident.
When we get behind the wheel of a car, really need to remember that driving is a privilege, not a right. We must be more cautious when driving and keep a lookout for drivers angry at those who are experiencing road rage to leave. Nothing is more important than our own safety and the safety of others.
