Great product. Easy to install in the vehicle within minutes the first time. Have only used with a bicycle at this point. Only sugguestion is the need to secure the front wheel to move during driving state to state.

Perfect
This product was exactly what I wanted and more. I've had no problems whatsoever. It is extremely easy to install, even for a girl like me. I can keep my bike rack in the trunk. It folds and unfolds easily. I have a Mazda Protege hatchback and yes, the bottom bar of rubber bike rack rests on my plate and cover it up, but so what. Even if bikes are on the road and the police would not be able to see the plate anyway.
I would like to address some complaints from other users had. Some said it was difficult to put a girls bike in it and had to buy the bar to make a kids bike. I put two different types of bikes in this rack girls smoothly. You see, the strap is based which defines the change of bikes. If you need an angle for a female bicycle, which in turn at an angle. It is very easy. In addition, some have complained of the slack on the straps and hanging too far. I use these and tie through the wheel of the bicycle. That way my wheels do not turn on while I'm driving. This bike rack also has not scratched my car, no bikes on it. Actually, if you have any sense, this tray should not cause a problem.
I have been biking long distances with many on my shelf. If I drive over bumpy motorcycle bouncing and makes me a little scare, but have never been approached to fall or strain on the shelf. It's just my paranoia that makes me nervous, no real experience with them leaving. If you are parked in a shaded area with their bikes on the grid please sure one way or another, because they may be tempting for a thief.
I would recommend this bike for everyone.

A .. A little annoying but it works
This is a very well-built frame and once it works with your vehicle there will be no problem. It's worth the $ $. The problem I have is that the top and bottom cross braces are straight. If your vehicle has some curvature, the metal that hold the body rubs. I fixed this by adding a layer of pipe insulation foam each rubber foam pad, moving the metal bars out of my car body.

It worked well for me
This shelf is used for a hybrid, a cruise, and a child tag along. Rack held three safely with suffient space. This was at a 98 Camry and motorcycles were held enough to no contact with a car. Bungie used a cable to ensure the front wheels to hit around. Straps securely maintained and did not need constant re-tightening during the 8 hour trip.
