How to install the graphic into the pit bikes?
So you have a team of brilliant graphics new. Before you even think about it out of the wrapper you need to prepare your dirt bike plastics. If you get this part wrong, then you will end up with a fairly rate seconds.
Have a look at your plastic, if they are badly worn and scratched or have some major gouges from a high speed down is worth looking at his replacement. Before applying your motocross graphics kit dirt bike plastics need to be in reasonable condition.

Once the adhesive is applied throughout, remove air bubbles and give a good rub with a rag while applying a little heat, this ensures that it has stuck.
If you find anywhere that has an air bubble that you can not squeeze to the edge, prick with a pin and get rid of the air that way.
Once I had some motocross graphics made by a man whose favorite method of application adhesives was to get a spray bottle with some soapy water and lightly spray the surface you are applying the sticker to. Then peel off the lining label completely and place the label.
Soap and water should allow the label to slide into place and then squeegee the water down and allow dry. I have never used this method, but if you think that sounds easier, give it a go. For more information go to: www.fiveoracing.com
