Summit UK low carbon Tomorrow

RBS and HM Govt to host the event at the Tate Modern in London.

Approximately 200 people are expected at the Tate Modern in London on June 26, 2008 for the UK low carbon Summit - Business Opportunities in a low-carbon future.

The event is a partnership joint venture between RBS and the Government of His Majesty to bring to an influential group of business leaders and government to promote business opportunities in moving towards a low carbon emissions.

The event will provide a platform for informed debate between business and government on measures to be taken to create an environment that supports and promotes investment in solutions for low carbon energy generation, conservation and trade to allow the United Kingdom to make the transition to a low carbon emissions.

The event will focus on opportunities for companies to benefit from this transition, and contribute to the debate on legislative and regulatory framework that allows competition is actually delivered in the United Kingdom.
