How to make your own weights and do cardio at home
Dumbbells (DBS) are a great way to get a cardio workout at home (or any other place you want to take, for that matter). Some collections of mult-joint movements like squats, rows, or as not only help you build muscle, but also make snorting better than any cardio workout. Do some full body exercises such as clean and press, boot, or a swing, and increased the bet just that much more. And looking around the ads, craigslist, ebay, garage sales, or even buying new plates can get the DB handles to adjust super cheap. It is the best of both worlds - great benefits at a great price! However, the spin-lock "handles often often (the kind that have threaded ends with Star-shaped neck that haunt the end like a giant nut on a screw) may be a kind of "doubtful." They are easily detached, and can often be dangerous. And the handles themselves are cheaply made - can be bent, or handle in the center of the crank is around or rupture. Therefore, I recommend just building your own. It's easier than you think, takes only minutes, costs less than $ 10, and best of all, when finished, have a very secure DB handles. First, go to Lowes, Home Depot or somewhere similar. Go to the plumbing department, and buy two pipe section galvanized, each of them is about 14-16 inches long. The diameter of the pipe will be approximately one inch. Tip - take a small weight plate you to test fit the tube into the hole weight plate so you know what you're getting work. After getting the tube, you will have also purchase the eight hose clamps (as had been in the rubber hose or tubing). If you do not have any industrial strength glue or epoxy brush, collect some of that, too. Then the way home, stop by a pharmacy or department store and pick up a little athletic tape. Now you have everything you need. When I get home, take one piece of pipe and mark the center, lengthwise. From here, measure 2.5-3 inches each direction and make a mark. Place clamps hose in these brands - they will be inside you "collars" (you grip the handle between the clamps). Brush some of the clips epoxy and let dry. Repeat with the other side of the tube. When finished, you must have four spare hose clamps. After the epoxy has dried, wrap athletic tape around the center of the handle in his hand stops. Wrap up comfortable. Overture - The thicker the handle, the more grip you get a workout. Already ready to use your DB handles. Load weight plates on each side evenly, and slide a collar on each side.
