The best horse racing events
No matter what type of horse racing fan you are, you probably have a list of horse racing that in his opinion, the best there is. We agree that our favorite and three horse races in the United States must be the State Belmont, Preakness and Kentucky Derby. Looking forward to weeks and months for these races and keep betting odds, racing jockey, and I can not wait for the visit to the track or television show to tempt even more.
Why did we choose these three when so many people? Because this is our list, not yours and we want to talk about them, where they are, the smell of the track, and the history behind these three events. First, these three events constitute the Triple Crown series and run in this order:
• Kentucky Derby - Held the first Saturday in May
• Preakness - Run two weeks later
• Belmont Stakes - run three weeks later
Why we like the Triple Crown so much that we, as horse betting, perhaps more money on other races? Because they are fresh and celebrities attend them-hell, even Queen Elizabeth II came to the Kentucky Derby, those are the careers that we like to talk!
First, what happens to the Kentucky Derby? Well, beyond The taste bud tantalizing sip Mint Juleps or perhaps all too consumed, this race is the First Degree of our favorite three-year-old thoroughbreds takes place every years in Louisville, Kentucky after the event fun and exciting two weeks of the Derby Festival. This race is full of events in a mile and a quarter in the spectacular Churchill Downs and has the old nickname, "The most exciting two minutes in sports!" If you have not heard that term, what about "The Race for the Roses?" Of course, we know you've heard one of those terms. The thoroughbred race run this end record-breaking 1973 05/02 1:59 set by Secretariat in 1973. Or, perhaps as fans want to see what jockey will beat out the most winning jockey Eddie Arcaro and Bill Hartack, both won this race six times. Anyway, we love this race and the dream of being with the rich ladies with hats, have a few Mint Julep, and perhaps absorb some Burgoa large Stew-one heck of a time.
We also love the Preakness, even the name is cool. The last three years have brought us the names of horses like Big Brown, Curlin, and Bernardini, all these super horse won this race. Also a first degree of thoroughbred race three years held in Baltimore, Maryland the course of Pimlico Race, this race has been called "The Race for the Black Eye Susans." We support here watching horses run this race 1-3/16 miles and can not wait for the old black-eyed Susan to hang around the neck of the winner. Above all, we like to bet on this race and being forced to sing in Maryland, my Maryland, even if you're not there.
The Belmont Stakes, another incredible opportunity to bet, oops, we mean a horse race, is also a Grade One this year and takes place at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York and is the last leg of the Triple Crown, not to be confused with the Royal Crown. This race is also 1.5 miles for thoroughbred horses that long to see and what about all the pinks? Well, they call this race "Race for the Carnations", so maybe I like those horses covered with flowers everywhere, probably much more than the thorny rose in the Kentucky Derby. Here we all sing the theme of "New York, New York "even if we do not know the words. Most of us remember that Billy Zapatero won this race five times and still love him, even though Eddie Arcaro has won six times. We like even more than the 2:24 time Secretariat has never been a great so far, but there is always 2009.
Well, those are our favorites, and even three if we can not get seats (we can not afford them), sing, laugh, eat, and all bets will win, what is the best time, and if held the winning ticket. Check them all out the next time-especially if you know the lyrics of traditional songs each.
