Since the last Olympic Games track cycling has grown in popularity and the rider more and more people are taking to the track or velodrome.
Commom are some popular and not so common track cycling exercises you can encounter when riding a bike session on track.
These exercises are used track cycling athletes training for track cycling skills and abilities than the track which is generally known as trackcraft.
For a cycling track the untrained eye can appear only a few drivers such as mearly poeple riding around in circles, but could INFACT have no further from the truth, track cycling is full of tactical battles of the mind game, with the survival of the fittest!
