Exercise is a priority in many of our lives. It is important to our health and wellness to take part in some form of physical violence gym regularly. Many of us enjoy exercising outdoors and to participate in jogging, walking or biking. As important as is to stay in shape, its even more important to stay safe.
We live in a society that can be quite dangerous and unpredictable. As exercising outdoors, especially at night, we can easily become the target of criminals if you're not careful. Walkers, cyclists, runners, and even are victims of assaults, rapes, knife attacks and hate crimes a day. Unfortunately, you can not completely avoid crime, but can be reduced your chances dramatically.
One of the most important things you can do is be alert. It's a simple thing to do, pay attention to what is happening around him. Only the practice of this kind of awareness can prevent an attack would be. The problem is most of us in our little world running, jogging or walk. Our focus is in the act "no" in the environment, it should be.

Change the frequency pattern. Do not exercise every day at the same time. Vary your route or path. In other words, do not let anything unexpected. Whenever someone knows where you are going to be and how long you expect to be gone.
