Becoming a commercial operator of plot?
The use of time frames for the trade varies from trader to trader, but more importantly, a trader should be comfortable and competent in using their favorite time for trade. The time frame selection also reflects the style of negotiation of a trader.
Very often a novice trader clings only to a specific time frame to look for starters. As a retailer grows more confident in looking at a single calendar, which needs to get a broader view of the market and this is where multiple term is necessary to ensure that view.
As a starting guide, three timeframes is preferable to be created with the medium-term frameworks long and short. Normally, within a time frame of at least three times the calendar and the shorter half three times smaller.
For example, if I feel comfortable with an average of 15 minutes, my body less time is 5 minutes and my longest period of time will be a hour.
In the medium term should be chosen as the main time frame for deciding whether a trader should trade and the longest period of time to observe the general trend in the market and identifying key support and resistance lines. The smaller time frame to fix the precise point at the entrance and possibly also output through a medium-could do the job for output purposes.
Each calendar has an effect on all other terms and constant use the analysis of multiple time frame, you can improve your success as a trader. What we constantly need to be considered is whether there is agreement among many frames time in the direction of the market are looking for. The greater the number of agreements more likely to experience profitable occupation.
That being said, due to my own experience these are just some guidelines for you to follow. What you need is to combine fundamental and technical analysis or whatever you are comfortable and practical for as many as possible to obtain a lock of negotiation with multiple time frame.
