The Dreaded Salta
Burpees. This exercise is worth the introduction. According hyperstrike.com, burpees develop power in the legs. It strengthens the whole body and provides a conditioning workout large. In fact, is a fast and effective.
In this article I want to focus on the two adjectives described in this exercise: rapid and effective.
Sometimes we are late on something. 24 hours is not enough. We are missing our full session exercise. Most of us are accustomed to working out for at least 1 hour. Not having that, you can be a nuisance because they do not think we pushed hard enough.
So if you have such limited time, this exercise is the way forward. It is in itself a full year --- very intense, fast and effective. Most I HATE my clients when performing this exercise because of its difficulty. But for those who know and really want to get a workout, that I love you!
Burpee exercises you can do on your own with limited time for:
15 minutes maximum (4 laps)
Time per set: 2 minutes
Interval: 30 seconds Burpees fast, then shadow boxing power 30 seconds, then repeat.
Rest time: 1 minute between sets
Cool: Standing still, light stretching, deep breathing.
10 minutes maximum (two laps)
Time per game: 3 minutes
Range: 1 Burpees quick minutes, 1 minute shadow boxing power, 30 seconds faster Burpees, 30 seconds Punch-Out drill.
Rest time: 1 minute between series
Cool: 3 minutes shadow boxing freestyle. The light spreads.
5 minutes max (two laps)
Time per set: 2 minutes
Range: 30 Burpees second fast, and then 30 seconds of shadow boxing to be repeated.
Standby time: 30 seconds between rounds
Cool: standing still, extending the light, deep breathing.
Note: You can use a medicine ball to perform Burpees. Think of it as an extension their arms. The ball will add to its intensity!
BENEFITS: Burpee conditioning is an effective workout in itself. It is the strength both at the bottom and upper body. It covers the whole body conditioning and cardio through the development of resistance. Core work is also performed while in the top position push-up. Burpees challenge both aerobic and anaerobic systems.
In boxing terms, burpees improve the power of the blows. The reason by shadow boxing energy is after doing Burpees fast is because in the context of a struggle, the power usually decreases in the final. In order to maintain power, air circulation is important and the energy when you are tired is the solution. Burpees also improve footwork with all the jumping leg. Our legs feel like jelly in the process of exercise. This exercise is three times more intense than the elliptical treadmill or cardio equipment. It is so fast that never believe it's boring, you only love I hate you! It will make your heart pump with the 90th power!
EDGE Burpees for PSYCH:
1. Mental Toughness: Burpees are physically demanding. However, when applied to the aspect of mind over matter, you will be able to nail down this year. When you set your mind on something, everything possible. Only focus on the task and overcome yourself!
2. Need vs. want: Think Burpees as a necessity. Exercise is a necessity, period. You needed, first. You want it, in second place. When you need something that is going to do everything. Doing a little self-talk --- repeatedly may say I need this!
3. Get it over: when you lack time, not just "quit." Doing something is better than nothing. Due to time constraints, you are faced with a dilemma, do or not do. I suggest: just do it and move on to the next task. 5-10 - 15 minutes pass quickly.
To end this, I remind you all a famous quote: "In every crisis there is an opportunity." Making this leap requires a lot of dreaded mental and physical strength. Boxing gives you the chance to indulge overcome. Being at the top of your game is a good feeling. Give the best, train hard and as the Nike slogan, nothing more to do!
