Surly bikes are manufactured by a Bloomington, Minnesota company based that goes by the same name (Surly). The company was founded in 1998 and began production of various bicycle parts such as sprocket glen, Surly tensioner Singleator chain, and others as well as frames, forks, and complete bicycles. Surly is also recognized for playing a hand in establishing the only Champion World speed.
What?
Currently, Surly makes a range of models. Those models are:
Steamroller
This bike Surly is designed as a road bike speed and is available as a complete bike from Surly. The frame and fork are made of 100% Cromoly. Handlebar are aluminum. The bottom bracket is Sugino. The cog and Surly hubs are. This is one of fixies tend to gravitate toward. And for obvious reasons.
