High Voltage Evaluation Board GAO

Toronto, Canada - GAO Embedded (www.GAOEmbedded.com) offers DSP-based high voltage board evaluation (MCK2812), which is designed for high performance DMC systems. It is commonly used in applications requiring digital motor control of machines, mechanisms in the package, or UPS (uninterruptible power supply), VFC (variable frequency control) and control apparatus are necessary.

Fast and reliable GAO evaluation of high voltage on the motherboard is a combination of a component of the Board EVM2812 DSP, high voltage component of the driver, and an interface component IB2812. It connects directly to the engines of one or two DC servo motors, AC synchronous, permanent magnet AC synchronous servomotors and stepper motors to form a movement digital servo control system.

This evaluation board includes 8 isolated output channels, a flash of 32-bit fixed-point DSP, a standard port RS232, CAN and communication interface. Comes with high-speed optocoupler for electrical isolation and four independent power sources to prevent damage from IPM start charging. The board is equipped with a hall effect sensor to ensure accurate current and the current sample isolation, interface feedback loop feedback current position for speed. This evaluation board utilizes an absorbent non-inductive capacitor to eliminate surges caused by DV / DT protection effectively IPM.
