GM, Ford, Honda, DCX win first prize in the Ward

General Motors - maker of quality GMC hitch, Ford, Honda and DaimlerChrysler were the big winners, proclaimed in 2007 Ward "Interior of the Year" for Ward's Auto Interiors Show that is being held this week at the Cobo Center in Detroit. Of the 11 manufacturers, 334 vehicles were fighting an interior "of the Year in the annual competition sponsored by Ward's AutoWorld magazine.

Winners were determined in two ways. The first is through the two-month review and analysis on the 34's vehicles designated by the editorial staff of Ward. They selected the winners based on eight evaluation categories including comfort, security and harmony design. The other way was through online voting to encourage the car industry in general to join and vote for automakers want to win "the 2007 Ward's Interior of the Year."
