How the position of my boots? One of the questions that often get after buying a pair of pedals or new plugs. Many customers want to know how they can ensure the best location. Some customers admit that they have adjusted their position in years and asked Creek if I could be wrong.

Lateral adjustment

Let's start with the lateral position, often called the 'Q factor'. A pilot must have the legs and feet in a natural position, not force your body to pedal unnaturally.
