Encourage the child to pedal exercise Toys
Already in the 50's and 60's, before the advent of computer and video games, children spent their days playing outdoors in the fresh air. We had big wheels cell vehicles, and our only source of mobilization was our own legs plus some good old pedal toys. cars, motorcycles and tricycles pedals are rounding all corners of almost all the blocks in the U.S. well age at the time.
The great thing about the classic old pedal toys that required some work to get them moving. No starter button on these things. Any child with a toy pedal actually exercising while playing. Who would have thought that those old tricycles Sky King and the comet pedal cars were so good to us.
Obesity in children was not an issue at that time because the kids are extremely active and is not located watching TV or playing in their teams. Today Most children receive is exercise some finger and hand exercises with their keyboards and games of the season.
Childhood obesity is increasing and statistics show that over 25% of children today are overweight. That's an amazing statistic. The solution? Get kids back outside exercise. To take your Children motor vehicles and put them back in the good old fashioned human powered pedal toys. Any amount of exercise is better than doing nothing at all! Also all the great exercise and fresh air that they will get while riding on these ride on toys, but also will be forced to use their imagination.

The future of our children is at hand of us parents. With our help, we can begin to help curb childhood obesity. Parents need to unite against the couch syndrome "potato" and make our children play outside and exercise.
