There are several types of waste material that must be removed may include liquids and objects with relatively sharp corners or edges. If this waste material is placed in a garbage bag, there is a risk that the corners or edges in a relatively pierce the wall of the bag, and that fluids come out.
One particularly dangerous situation where waste is disposed of in bags comes in hospitals. Clinical waste is often disposed articles relatively hard surgery or clinic. The present invention is to reduce the likelihood of a tear occurring in the elimination of waste material in a woven bag pp, preferably to reduce the risk of infection from blood contamination in the disposal of clinical waste, providing a bag that is loaded with the same ease and tied in a bag conventional waste.
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a waste bag made of synthetic plastic material with an internal lining a liquid-absorbent material that ends of the mouth into the bag, so that it is free of coating in the region of its mouth to allow region gathered and tied.
Such waste pp woven bag may include a triple co-extrusion of polyamide laminate sandwiched between polyethylene. This combines the advantages of a polyamide, for example nylon, which is a good gas barrier and therefore thereby preventing odors escaping from the bag, and polyethylene, which is easily hot for himself and the coating. Cheap laminate would be a double laminate, comprising a polyamide layer and a layer of polyethylene, polyethylene in which case would be settled within, against the wall, so that the heat sealing properties can be used effectively. The coating may comprise a nonwoven material, for example, a polyamide non-woven.
A second aspect of this invention is directed to a trash bag made of a triple co-extruded laminate comprising a polyamide sandwiched between the polyethylene, which accounts for a polyamide substantially in the range 15% to 25% by weight of the laminate and the laminate has a thickness substantially in the range of 80-120 microns. This bag has the advantage of sufficient strength to prevent tearing flexible enough to allow the top of the bag that met in a portion of the neck and in possession of a tape, wire, or other party, without providing for the flutes formed a passageways through which blood or other liquid can be filtered by gravity flow, capillary flow, or by the action of the wick.
A third aspect of the present invention is directed to a waste pp woven bag with a coating that bends upon itself in the bottom of the bag so that the coating is then continued.
This allows the advantage of good tear resistance is formed at the bottom of the bag when a heavy or sharp object is dropped on it.
