Scott Mountain

Much of Greece is mountainous
Greece is a country in southeastern Europe, situated on the southern tip of the Balkan peninsula. It is bordered by Albania, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Bulgaria to the north and by Turkey to the east. The Aegean Sea lies to the east and south of mainland Greece while the Ionian Sea lies to the west. Both parts of the eastern Mediterranean have a large number of islands.
Until the 1960s yachters only rich, flower power hippies and backpackers adventurers had the pleasure of exploring the many delights of the Greek islands and mainland. These days more than 12 million foreign visitors pour into the country each year, aided by a growing number of tour operators, car rental companies and charter airlines including all over themselves in an attempt to harness the potential of one of the worlds most attractive tourist destinations.
Greece has the longest coastline of any European country, their number more than 2,000 islands. However, only about 100 are inhabited and its impressive array of ancient sites are unrivaled anywhere the world.
The legacies of ancient Greece wonders are too numerous to take in during a two week vacation, even if you spend all your time running a archaeological site to another.
The Parthenon in Athens, the most famous ancient monument in the world, the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, Olympia Stadium, where the first Olympic Games were held in 776 BC. In fact, the list goes wherever you turn in ancient Greece theres a beast waiting to take your breath away.
Everywhere there are reminders of the golden age of Greece gave birth to Western civilization and produced the greatest philosophers, artists, poets, scientists, healers and warriors of the ancient world.
The Greek islands offer all things to all people. There are playgrounds without shame hedonistic party as Mykonos, Kos and Ios.
There are quiet and unspoiled islands, where rural life continues as it has done for centuries. There are islands that offer something for everyone as Rhodes and Corfu where you can party all day and roam the slopes away from the crowds.
Much of Greece is mountainous and the country has much more than its fair share of incredibly beautiful landscapes, many of whom have been targeted by Hollywood moguls.

Five: The Album List Price: |
DescriptionInitially lumped in with Westlife, Boyzone, etc., as just another fabricated pop boy group, Five were one of the few bands who actually did stand out from the crowd. Eschewing soppy love songs in favor of far more in-your-face rowdy pop, Five bounced onto the scene with attitude, slightly more streetwise styling than their contemporaries, and some truly great pop tunes... |

Aladdin [VHS] List Price: |
DescriptionDisney's 1992 animated feature is a triumph of wit and skill. The high-tech artwork and graphics look great, the characters are strong, the familiar story is nicely augmented with an interesting villain (Jafar, voiced by Jonathan Freeman), and there's an incredible hook atop the whole thing: Robin Williams's frantically hilarious vocal performance as Aladdin's genie... |
