Goal Setting Things you should know

Throughout the life that you have set and achieved goals. As the baby was his goal to walk. When I was child, his goal was to ride a bicycle and in his teens his goal was to graduate from high school. Most of these objectives were achieved with the help of parents, friends or teachers. Now that is out on his own to you to achieve your goals. Buy following these few goals-setting activities that we will succeed.

The Image of Success

Find a picture of your ultimate goal. If your goal is to become a senior executive to find a picture of a businessman who would like to emulate. If its goal is to have a big house then find a picture of your dream home. If your goal is to increase their self-esteem find a picture of an activity that exudes confidence and pride. Put this picture on your bathroom mirror so you see every morning as you prepare for the day. This will be your daily reminder of the goal seeking achieve.

Lists

The following goal-setting activities is to make two lists. Write these lists on a blackboard or white board that can be easily erase. In the list on the left its long time. Whether losing weight, an "A" in Chemistry, or getting a promotion at the end of the year. On the right, make a list of 3-5 intermediate objectives needed to reach the day after you will move to its final goal. Each day try to achieve these objectives. Do not be discouraged if they fail to meet all your daily goals. Simply hold the remaining objectives on the board for the next day.

The Bounty

The third list you want to do is a list of intermediate targets. These intermediate objectives are quite big milestones on the path toward your ultimate goal. As each of these intermediate objectives achieves a celebration plan. Throw a party, take a vacation, spend the day at the spa or go to the game of baseball. Plan including a friend or loved one as part of the reward as this will make your reward will be even more valuable and fun. No matter what reward you choose, but only to be very special and very pleasant.

The team

To achieve your goals is better to set up a support team. Select a few friends and family and a mentor who has achieved his goal. Report their loved ones know what your goal. Tell them that their job is to help you stay positive and motivated. His mentor is there to offer advice and guidance towards your goal. The mentor's job is to help you stay on track and make the right decision will lead to success. Following these few activities designed to establish quickly success.
