Find a happy medium
• Do you make a list before going to the grocery store, and when you get home you know exactly where to go shopping? Or make a list and you miss when you get home put things away and let cool dry goods at the counter.
• When ready for the bed is not sorted all the dirty clothes in the basket by color and weight? Or, you throw all to the basket and hope they do in.
• As e- you fix it? Or is it opens what seems important and then pile everything in the kitchen?
• Are your meals planned for the week? Or do you start thinking at dinner around 5pm?
• Do you know how much money is in your checking account balanced to the penny? Or, do just guestimate.
• Do you wash your clothes, dry, fold and put away immediately?
• Or is that sometimes spend a week doubled on the sofa, and socks a month in the basket?
I know one family who is a daughter of 13 years, a child of four years, two children two years old, a dog, and Mom and dad only one. This family is large and very active in the church, extracurricular activities, family events, and friends. The organization is very low on the priority list. They eat dinner together 90% of the time, work hard, they strive to keep your head level, and for the most part the functions of the family much better than most. Unfortunately, the dishes are not always immediately wash, floors could always use a sweep, laundry usually can be found on the couch, and there are documents stacked in the kitchen. They are busy people who are trying to do since the first "want milk" every morning, until the last goodnight I love you " all night.
With all this happening, what level of organization can be expected? It is an organization of skill, an art, or just something that born? If you go 30 years without it, can be learned? How much effort is needed to learn and is more important than other things in your life?
Be being organized helps relieve stress, but wash the dishes after the meal more important than giving children a bath and reading a story good night? In all things there is usually a middle, which is the average family?
• Make a grocery list and remember to take it.
• Always make sure that the clothes go in the basket, although it is not orderly.
• Do not get mail until you are ready to order.
• Get the family together and plan meals on Sunday afternoon. (Or whatever day works)
• Regarding the current account will, until the last penny is better, but as long as it bounces all, I think they are good (the 13 year old could learn something from balancing the checkbook)
• Try to make at least a load of laundry a day, although with a family of this size you may need two. Make sure everyone in pajamas and jeans twice.
• Delegate tasks:
* If the mother does not allow the father to one side folding.
* The four year old child can take care of collecting the garbage.
* Child 13 years can wash dishes while the parents are bathing and reading books.
It is not necessary to keep everything perfect. There is a compromise between life and organization for each family. If you find the perfect functionality and their families will not find half.
