Why use Ethernet switches?
1. Benefits of Commercial Industrial more Switches
Industrial Ethernet switches are housed in rugged industrial style steel DIN rail or panel. Most switches commercial and media converters can not ride comfortably inside equipment enclosures.

An Industrial Ethernet Switch is a more complex device with built in intelligence to connect Ethernet nodes. The change eliminates the problem of determinism of the network to provide full bandwidth to a node or storage a group of nodes. The change removes all crashes that often make Ethernet deterministic. A switch sends data only to the appropriate network port or segment does not, the whole network as a center does. Forwards data based on changing the MAC address (unique for each hardware device on the network), contained in the data packet. The switch must store the MAC address of each device communicates with, which requires high-speed dual-port SRAM (hubs have no memory requirements). The switch determines the location of each node and establishes a temporary connection between it and the node and ends once the package is transferred.
