Cutting wheel is designed to provide high cut rates and long lives of most all materials including fiberglass, stainless steel, carbon steel and aerospace alloys. The cutting wheel is ideal for use in a wide variety of utility type of cutting tools and should not be used without guards. Manufactured with the latest this technology produce minimal burrs for cleaning and cutting carbon and stainless steel and provide more cuts per blade. cutting wheels are used to cut bars, stock, pipes and other materials that are made of metal, concrete or masonry. It is designed to provide high cut rates and long life to the majority of all materials including fiberglass, stainless steel, carbon and aerospace alloys.

Cut-off wheels is a center-mounted device, consisting of an integral shank, pin, shaft and chuck mounted driving wheel. The cutting wheel has different types of wheels attached to she, like wheels are grinding wheels consisting of grains which are connected by a rubber, metal or vitrified glass. Some cutting wheel also has the straight wheels, which are used in the cut simple application and has flat disc, without any burning or cups. Different types of abrasive grains used in cut-off wheels are ceramic beads, abrasives suitable for finishing applications, etc. synthetic abrasive grains of alumina-zirconia are used to improve grinding performance materials such as stainless steel. Abrasives super synthetic diamond is used to grind non-ferrous metals, ceramics, glass, stone and building materials. Cubic boron nitride (CBN), another type of super abrasive grinding is used to provide superior performance carbon and alloy steels. CBN is the second diamond in terms of hardness. Crushed grains tungsten carbide are useful in metal-bonded products to abrade tough materials such as composites, fiberglass reinforced plastic and rubber.
