Black and white photograph - Tracking the rise and fall

photo B & W was the first successful form of photography. It was popularized by Eastman Kodak in the first half of last century. Before it was simple-shaped silver halide layer on film. When the light reached a part of this movie, and it caught fire and black where light did not fall within the movie, go left blank. So the black came out as white and vice versa in the negative. A reprint of the negative was actually a positive, or "printing. This simple chemical process can do at home by amateurs right of the stage A to Z.

The collapse of B & W
There was nothing going the way of B & W to color once the markets affected. All but a few enthusiasts changed color. As far as mentality of the people leave, a color TV is better than one black and one white, and the same applies to photographs. Once color film was introduced, blank black and took the back seat. And once appeared digital, so it seemed the final nail in the coffin black and white. Or not?

The increase B & W
In this modern day and age of digital cameras, scanners, printers, desktop, movies super fast and such, who would want to get in a dark room in black and white? Well, people who understand the rest of this article perhaps. Did you know that you can use color filters to create unique effects in the film in black and white? Yes! Try using a red filter and shoot an outdoor scene. almost black out the sky! Nothing else can give in this regard. Photoshop? No! Nothing can give quite the same effect as a color filter on a film in black and white. Is all about complementary colors. Red, blue and green are primary colors who have opposed in the form of cyan, magenta and yellow. At best, the example, the sky is dark - this is what happens. The red filter allows all light rays pass through it to the film, except for its opposite or complementary color cyan, which is what heaven is made up mostly of. So, you get a dark sky. If you wanted to make grass appear dark, what would you do? You could use a color filter of the opposite color to green, or complimentary to green, which is yellow. Every blade of grass to turn darker, while the rest of the image looks good. Can you imagine the possibilities with the use of color filters in black and white? You can make your pictures exactly as we want them, and no two photographers must shoot the same scene to make it look all the same. This is the charm of B & W that nobody can take away computer or not!
