The "triceps" or small muscle in the back of the arms sometimes affectionately referred to as "bingo wings or bat wings" can be very problematic for both men and women. It is an area that is often forgotten until the summer months when sleevless want to go and then it might be too late to start hitting the arms in shape.
Not to worry - Your Coach Personal London - has useful advice that can help shape and tone your arms with just a few days minuets.
First, sitting on the floor with his hand a light weight or can of beans, raise one arm straight up toward the ceiling, keep the elbow forward in front of you and let your arm fall behind head at an angle of 90 degrees. Now holding the shoulder and elbow as still as possible only slowly straighten your arm up and back up another 90 degrees time. Repeat this ten times on each arm then move to the other party. As your triceps stronger can increase the weight to maximize profit.
Once you've mastered ten repetitions on each arm, this will represent "a set" can increase the workload of moving to two sets (ten in each arm repeat twice) then three sets (ten in each arm repeated three times).
