Only one complaint otherwise great
I am satisfied with this whole frame of the trunk, and that my bike was safe and did not move. I use little bungees to ensure my pedals and to keep the front wheel turns during the trip. Belts was safe for the whole 140 miles round trip. Once they tighten their belts, I did wrap the excess and tie a noose for the additional insurance. The only complaint I have is that due to the sizes of the two bikes I was trying to carry, I do not could understand how to get a bike from a friend in the second slot, even after trying several options for positioning to get the bike. I think The reason is that the bike was second in a woman cycling with a sloping top tube and it was a smaller frame so we had to put a bike path below lower tube (in the front of the bike) instead of below the top tube as planned. The bike was too small to sit up and down the tube in place as a larger bike. The end result was because of only being able to put the bike on the grid doing little above the handlebars or other bicycle parts 2 held in the rack installation so I ended up having to take the front wheel is smaller woman on a bicycle and put it in the trunk of the car. Therefore, if you are carrying only one or two bikes bike handlebars do not interfere with having both in the rack holds the bike very stable place.

Allen Carrier
I just finished my first trip with Allen carrier. It worked great! It is mounted on the back of our Agreement of 2006 and took two bicycles 1300 miles. No problems whatsoever. A great product.

Great Bike
I drove cross country from Richmond VA to San Diego California and I had a problem with this carrier. When I went through the desert and my constant speed was 85-95 mph decided to tie the straps to the other may sound confusing but notify them and I had to tighten for the rest of the ride. I have a 2004 Taurus and it fit perfectly and I am the first mount of things, but literally it took me five minutes and I did for myself. I just got a bike though so can only comment on this using a bike but I fell in love with him and use it all the time when I walk by CA. AWESOME RACK HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Watch out for the result of cost reduction
I bought the model 102S based on (i) of the company's reputation and (ii) the customer reviews on Amazon. It looked good when the product arrived, it was packaged correctly and undamaged. This product was very intuitive and it is necessary that the instructions included with the product are marginal at best. Things went well until I went to adjust the top strap - the clamp lever came off with light pressure. This course of any adjustments made impossible.
The review made clear that quality of material used in the clamp was not sufficient for the purpose intended. The quality of metal used reminded me of some of the cheap products that have been imported after World War II. This problem was apparently not unexpected since I saw one other customer was informed when I called Allen and treated him without any expression of surprise, indeed, one that I sent two of the clamps an indication that I expect a repeat of this problem.
The rack itself shows evidence of good engineering and reasonable labor, which is a credit to founder Dick Allen. My contact at the company was Alex Allen seems to be responsible and, frankly, was not impressive. I suspect that this product has and continues to be a cost reduction "of analysis that has resulted in lower brackets that can break at any time. One has to wonder what's next? If a product breaks "outside the box" and the replacement part is not better than broke that instills confidence.
This was a good product at a fair price if the quality of the parts are not diminished. I am concerned that the current product does not represent a good value as a result of what I see as a deterioration Quality - The buyer BewareAllen 102S Premium 2-bike trunk mount rack

Awesome bike
I was looking for my first bike rack and then never it was established because of the many strong reviews it received. I could not be happier with my choice! The frame is very sturdy and has lots space for two bicycles. The contact points between the bike frame and the rack have thoughtfully covered by black plastic tubes so that no metal to metal rubbing. What was more worrying when I was thinking of buying this was the pedal my bike to rub against the trunk. However, the manner in which the tray is actually designed keeps the pedal to come close to the trunk. Just simply turn inside the pedal to the 12 o'clock position so that it leans against the bar.
The rack is perfect for normal adult bikes, but it would be a bit problematic for smaller frame bikes as children's bicycles or bicycles women have a higher inclined pipe (there is a bar that can be purchased easily get around this problem.) So far, the tie to the rack on the car and the bike is super resistant and does not become loose or influence around for more than one drive and speed bumps (i was flying over the bumps, of course). Best of all parts of foam ... of the grid touching the car does not scratch or dent my car. Most could be bcause Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and clean the area in the trunk where he touches the foam.
A couple of things:
"It may seem a bit obvious, but from the grid, literally takes seconds to install and remove I recommend not leave your bike (S) attached to the grill while you're away. Closure will be useless with this rack design.
"You definitely need a bit of rope or bungee cords / Velcro straps to attach the front wheel to keep rolling and bouncing and ultimately damage your car
For those of you who worry about that zipper makes it difficult to see its rear license plate. Mine sits on my Corolla 2008 with the foam off the bottom right on the lower third of my tuition.
