The complex analysis of the reducer body tensed and deformed state
Analysis of the state of the gearbox housing tensed and deformed is complex. By Moreover, in each of its stages have been developed and implemented the original methods to improve the process of calculations and to receive more accurate information on the prototype system. In the stage of the development of the geometry of the model and its further fragmentation of the finite element method has been developed semi-automatic meshing, which has enabled the complex gear reduction of the body geometry to be represented more accurately. Note that the calculation precision boost has also been obtained at the expense of expanding the size of the task (more than 500-600000 finite elements). For unknown force characteristics used in the calculation further strength to be classified, the gear mechanism kinematic analysis has been carried out. An examination of three variants of the gearbox housing (steel, and built-iron) required using the methods of non-linear elastic-plastic material modeling features. And the developed methods of modeling screws and other parts of the interaction with the gearbox housing have increased dramatically the accuracy of the results.
