With gas prices and the economy is down, cycling is increasingly popular. Buying a road bike decent may be dear, however, so one option is to get a discount road bike instead. It is used by bicycles or bicycle brand lines are being abandoned. You can find a good deal on one of these bikes and start saving money on gas and get himself in shape at the same time.
A useful place to start looking for a bike off road is eBay. By using this site to find your cycle is limited by the number of people trying to sell. Some sellers on this site have a "buy now" option where you have a fixed amount it will take for a quick sale, trying this option, however, there is no "haggling" over price as you would if you were to bid on the item.
There are other places for you to look yet if you want to make sure you are getting the hottest deal on a bike off road. Bestroadbikes.net is another site that offers a wide range of bicycles. Them sell name brands and some not so famous brands as well. If you are looking for a good deal and not have to worry if you're going to be defeated in a bidding war, this is a good place to try.
I always recommend that when you are shopping online, unless it is a well established department store or the site, to prove the seller before making any final decision on whether to make the purchase. It will not take much longer to perform a search on the company before buy.
Also before buying a bike off road, be sure to read all the comments from users of the bicycle in question and all specifications and other useful facts. Would you like to make sure that you are getting a bike that is best for you, not something that is complex.
