The breakdown of Floyd Landis' Results in the doping scandal that fans confused and divided Cycling
Never has a sport or its participants been under a strict doping in professional cycling is now. Although time has passed since Floyd Landis was striped of his title as the greatest champion cycling after two of his urine samples showed an unusually high ratio of testosterone, cycling authorities do not seem to get through the shame.
The races to follow, but with more caution from the authorities, who do not want to leave any window open for a new scandal. Most drivers Americans say they will not participate in the doping allegations in Europe, we all understand the current problems are dangerous to the general image of the sport. Similarly, fear fans can label all cyclists as cheats and you can remove the fame and fun of this sport.
In the specific case of Landis Media communication has played an important role and people have led to confusion, since no official testing has been conducted by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. Some people believe that their statements and says he is innocent, some people believe he is guilty, and there are others who simply blame the French. People have a cheater Floyd Landis did not cheat.
I agree with people who make their own opinion, which I do not really agree with is that, although opinions are divided around bends towards the hypothesis that Landis is guilty and, long before the American cyclist has faced formal charges can be filed against him by the United States Anti-Doping Agency test positive for testosterone at the Tour de France. Media Landis gave no chance, if we remember in cycling results were announced Justin Gatlin four months after it first tested positive, and due to a leak, his dream became a nightmare very quickly. I feel that even though it was positive in both samples I should have had time to properly defend themselves, instead of being judged, essentially immediately in the public eye.
