My experience of monitoring the Virunga mountain gorillas of Uganda and Rwanda

After a night on Mt Gorilla Nest lodge, was a light day breaking Saturday December 15th when a gorilla Led a tour of four people Abacus African Vacations. A cold wind blew gently over the city of Ruhengeri, against the Virunga volcanoes. It is here that the main tourist offices where Rwanda is so delivered in the gorilla permits led the group I was supposed to Gorillas on the track of the Volcanoes National Perc. We started to walk, but others followed as directed Rangers Wildlife As the group began to file the weather beaten path in a very steep hill that was covered with thick bushes, tall trees and a few banana plants. A heavy shed the previous night had left the road very slippery and most of the women shouted for help as they slipped and rolling on our funds by the steep slopes although not in full swing for the kids, either as one kept falling when my hiking boots in the mud does not stick and sent me extensive downhill. Sweating, swearing moans of fatigue, which is still giving the joy of anticipation of the imminent encounter with the most popular attraction Uganda Gorilla!

One hour after the hike, we found some mud and reed houses surrounded by gardens of banana, papaya trees and passion fruit plants. Women and children walked off the job and favorites to us. Some of us talk to them as some of them yelled to the whites to say they were following a Swahili word meaning Muzungu the white man. We were given a five-minute break before we proceeded we use to drink water and take off their jackets. . One of the guides Chris informed us that the most was still difficult to start from the point at which they were advised as we had to proceed without bags or other luggage that we felt was heavy to ensure that we were light. Over time, it was the mountain and sat on the road behind us. We moved aside to let others join, but all in vain. He could go behind us and whenever we could stop could leave it so the ranger told us that he was trying to show the money back that he could also drive and wanted to make sure everything was fine. But later he joined his family. Four one hour, we saw children playing in the mothers womb as juveniles were somersaults. Finally, it was time to retrace our steps back as we had three hours to go up again ... ... ...
Not even the torrential rain that poured halfway into our trip back could break our spirit. It was a memory he'll never forget!

Rwanda has eight groups of gorillas. Each group has a strict social structure based on age, as shown by a young check out a point of eating, playing space or area to sleep in. a particular area for the elderly.
