9/1/1905 bring new Traffic Law of The State of Texas

SB 1257 does not allow the use of wireless communications devices (like cell phones) during the first six months after teenagers get their driver's licenses. The bill also injunctions passenger car operators bus carrying children from the use of wireless communications equipment, except in cases emergency or when the bus stops. The use of wireless equipment has become ubiquitous and is suspected of causing accidents.
