The dilemma of the delegation: 8 Keys to see if it is the moment to create a virtual machine
During a recent webinar I taught, one of attendees, Steven, asked: "I'm just starting out in my business. I have a lot of bills, tons of work to do but not a lot of income from in. Would I benefit from building a team? "
Last week, during an interview conducted by my friend and client Summerhawk Kendall, a women in the program asked: "How I can know that it's time to add more people to my team without losing profitability?"
For the entrepreneur, Cash flow is the make or break point. Interestingly, many of us throw thousands of dollars to programs and products that suggest that we make money, but you have to re-invest in the strategy of showing that KEY will help you get around six to seven figure income.
I would like to help identify eight key ways to know if it's Time to Build a virtual machine.
1. You want to grow fast but have limited time. This is crucial for people who still work, mothers young children and people with multiple companies. The fact is, it can only grow as fast as you have time to move their projects forward. A team may run at work while you focus on other things.
2. You have more referrals than you can follow up. This is a sign that either: they need an assistant to help filter and get done in your funnel you need to work subcontracted to others.
