Take time to Teamwork
By most accounts, the term "teamwork" was not coined until the late 1920. So what was happening in the organizations before that? What happened in ancient Rome, for example, by gladiatorial combat - made only Maximus and co be motivated by avoiding any form of boost the morale of the group? Certainly not. Then select two volunteers of the group (try to pick the two most competitive people, everyone should have high ego strength).
