This argument aside, the addition of a brake on the irony of riding a fixie only clouds the purity of riding and owning a computer fixed. That's because if you're going to go fixed, you should know how to ride fixed. This means knowing how to use technology in a bicycle fixed to their advantage. The brake is basically a training wheel - a crutch. When you have a fixed gear bike, the technology only allows it to stop without one. A bicycle does not have that luxury permanent. You need a brake to stop somehow. But we are not talking about fixies.

So a brake, as it is basically training wheel is not in any way fashion. It is a sign of weakness - and wants to appear weak? There are safety advantages to having a brake on fixed gear bikes, but there is a need to end. However, the combination of a fixed gear bike with a brake makes it much easier to stop

The style of fixed gear bikes without brakes is what should be simple to understand. But the security argument to have a brake is also very simple to understand. Although you brake does not need a computer with a fixed stop, a parking brake that makes it much easier. And as with fixies, they tend to go faster than with a heavy beach cruiser or multi-speed bicycle, stopping additional support is an advantage. As mentioned earlier, you do not need a brake to stop a fixed gear, but it is necessary know how to use the little woman to stop properly. The only thing that is very difficult to do is leave quickly with a fixed rate. Normally if you are riding at a moderate speed and a plan of his arrest, can easily stop without a brake.
