Arm Warmers Bike

Cycling uniform problem?
Hello, I am new to cycling last two years. My uniform of this past year has consisted of tights underneath of cycling shorts or cycling bibs for the winter. Under my leggings, I have underwear padded cycling. Then on top of my body, I get in the armature, depending on weather, arm warmers and a shirt under my shirt. Hope I have the bike race, but I'm not sure if when I use my bib skinsuits races or cycling are the best option. Also, I'm still a little bulky because I have been using the bike uniform around the house for have a better idea. Although, my main question is still growing lump in my bike, because my penis slides around. What can be done to prevent this from happening. This is shameful! Please help.
You can try using a hanger for a little more stability in those areas.
