Can anyone help me find a flash game a little obscure?

This game is a launch, you know, those where the launch (or hit in this case) an object and see how far it goes? It begins with an angry girl on a bike with a guy and hit him with his bike. There are several power-ups and downs of energy. If the boy hits these other guys, they will lose momentum. There is also a girl who will stop immediately. There are 3 characters I think another girl who was hit or kick he gave her a push. You can also 'warp' on your bike to beat him twice too. The game appears to be based off of some Anime, and everything was in Japanese, I'm having trouble finding it. Knowing anime, the guy probably started a jerk or something, and he pissed off a group of girls. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.
