How to keep my butt getting sore after / during cycling?
I like biking, and recently bought a new Trek 4300 I am totally fed about. The one bad thing I noticed is that the next day I walk (and sometimes a couple of days later) my back is sore REALLY - more towards the back of where I sit on the bike, I guess you could say in my bones of the pelvis (lower part, the back - Does this make any sense?) Anyway, I would ride every day, but it just hurts a lot ... I rode on Tuesday, and then I rode yesterday, and during the first 10 min. more or less, it was agony. I guess I have numb after a while, but today I am suffering. I've even had the gel pad seat before, and it seems help a whole heck of a lot. Can someone who is a cyclist Tell me how you do it? How do you walk every day and not have pain the ass constantly? I do not think this is the time / hard I ride. The lake trail circuit that usually do about 10 miles, and is not terribly strenuous. Usually they do it in 45 minutes, so I'm not exactly killing myself.
