Bike make sounds?

Anyone know why this happens? the bike is a bike for $ 100 at Walmart. i bike when normally, and I'm not doing drops or even going off a curb has no sound. but when I leave a curb or a fall, the front of the bike begins to make a ringing sound. and not just when the fall came after the drop, when I go to places of grass or small bumps, the front of the bike that makes a noise sound every i bump into. sounds like it came from my mech disc brakes, but I have checked the bolts and all that, nothing was loose. Could this be my fork? My guess is that it is a slap in chains ... chain is probably a bit too long. Here's how to check: Place the bike in the small gears, front and rear. 1) If the string appears to be hung on the bottom of the string is waaay too long, 2) push down on the bottom of the chain. There should be a slight bit of resistance placed on the rear derailleur chain ... pushing down the chain to do the derailleur moves a little. If any of these things are whether you need a new chain or have reduced existing.
