Long Distance Cycling - nutritional advice?
I am an avid cyclist who has not been updated since the stationary bike scene yet lol. I'm an athlete serious runner, 22 years old and in phenomenal shape. I got on the Expresso Fitness bike with 250 virtual kilometers of roads imaginary appears on an LCD screen. Some of the members online and I are attempting to ride all of the courses in a single day. I can travel 100 miles no problem, but distances beyond that I'm not sure. I know I can handle the workload, but I'm not sure how to keep my body fueled when I'm burning more than 10,000 calories! What I can do? Thanks!
1. Get a table 2. Putting off the bike in March. Put food in it for their "journey" Sheesh. Oh yes, put a bucket on the other side of the bike. You can not absorb more than about 300 calories per hour, so if you try to force down more than that, movement and called only for a time after removal.
