where can i find instructions on how to mount my Bell 3 bike trunk rack?
There's not much information to be found about Bell bicycle racks online. Very odd. I suggest checking the packaging (if you still have it) to see if there's a website, or installation instructions on it.
Alternatively, you could try looking at the instructions for a different brand (below) to see if they help any.
